This place does NOT have it together. I understand having to reschedule my appointment if emergencies come up, but I have a deadline. I've had to reschedule my appointment, that would take literally less than 10 minutes at a place that's 15 minutes away from the office, three times. I would NEVER recommend it to anyone.
When your fur babies need help....you can count on them to be there.
